Emily Irene VanCamp, a Canadian actor and actress is famous for her roles as the main character in a variety of television programs as well as her strong performances in movies. Both Canadian and American TV are fans of Emily VanCamp. Emily's love for acting first began at the age of 12 when she was visiting their sister Katie who was shooting one of Katie's movies. After discovering her enthusiasm for the acting world she enrolled herself in classes for it and started to audition. She began with some commercials however, she was eventually the role of a child actor on the Canadian television show, Are You Scared of Darkness? which featured her in just one scene without any dialog. In the WB program Glory Days, she received her first break in the industry at the age of 15. Emily's acting talent was noticed by Greg Berlanti after the series was cancelled after just nine episodes. He cast Emily for Everwood, his new TV show. Emily was also a ballet dancer, as well as a photographer. Teen once named her among the best actors who were under twenty. Maxim ranked her 51st on its Hot 100 of 2014.

Isaac Baruch testified that Heard wasn't abused by Depp or his wife, regardless of whether they got together in the hallway of the Art Deco building or at the lobby the following day. Baruch is the second witness who is being questioned in the case of Depp's accusations that Heard has portrayed him in a false way as someone who was a domestic abuser. Depp asserts that an opinion article Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018 directly criticized him. Heard says she is "a public figure who is a symbol of domestic violence" in the piece, however, she does not mention Depp. His lawyers say they are referring to restraining decrees that Heard got in the month of May, just after Depp was reported to her as saying that he wanted divorce.
